Every bean we select is handpicked for its unique profile—whether it’s a bright Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, a chocolatey Colombian, or a bold Indonesian Sumatra. We roast in small batches to highlight each coffee’s distinct character, ensuring freshness and complexity in every sip.
